If you choose to complete our optional fan feedback survey (hosted by Tally.so), separate consent applies to the information you submit there. 3. What data we collect

Waitlist form on our website. When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your country (if detected or selected)
• Your favourite fandom, if you choose to share it (optional)
• Your consent to receive updates and accept this Privacy Policy

Optional fan feedback survey.If you follow the “Share your voice” link, you are taken to a separate survey hosted by Tally.so. Any information you submit there is collected by Tally on our behalf and may include feedback about your experiences and preferences as a fan, depending on what you choose to answer.

Technical and usage data. Our hosting and analytics providers may collect limited technical information when you visit the site, such as IP address, browser type, device type, and general usage patterns.

• Add you to the True Fanbase waiting list
• Send you a confirmation email when you join the waitlist
• Contact you about platform updates
• Understand early interest in different fandoms
• Gather optional fan feedback to improve our product before launch
• Improve our service and prepare for launch

• Keep our website secure and running smoothly

5. How long we keep your data

We keep waitlist sign-up data until the platform launches, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever happens first. Data from our optional Tally.so survey is kept for as long as needed to understand early fan feedback, or until you ask us to delete it. After launch, data that is no longer needed is removed securely.

6. Who processes your data

To run our website and process your information, we use the following service providers:

• Vercel for website hosting and our waitlist API
• Resend for sending waitlist confirmation and update emails
• Neon for storing waitlist sign-up data in a PostgreSQL database
• Tally.so for our optional “Share your voice” fan feedback survey only (not the waitlist form)
• Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights for privacy-friendly usage and performance insights
• Zone Media OÜ for domain, email, and DNS services

Waitlist sign-ups are submitted directly to our website and stored in our database. They are not sent to Tally.so. These providers process data on our behalf and follow GDPR requirements where applicable.

7. International data transfers

Some of our service providers may store or process data outside the EU. In these cases, appropriate safeguards are used, such as standard contractual clauses or certified frameworks.
